Hi, I’m Jenny Hetro.
[Owner and Chief Creative Strategist]
As a fact-finder, strategist, graphic designer, project manager and entrepreneur it is my mission to help leaders and organizations define and protect their brand and shine a light on what makes their company, product or service unique. Before starting this consulting business in 2019, I held leadership roles at Northeastern Pennsylvania-based for-profits and nonprofits, learning the ins and outs of B2B marketing, collaboration and creative problem-solving alongside the most incredible teammates and knowledgeable mentors.
Today, my two-person consultancy helps clients look their best through high-quality photography, design, copywriting and branding. I’m wild about personal growth, professional collaboration and supporting small businesses and nonprofits. In 2023, I was selected into and completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Entrepreneurship Program (Philadelphia Cohort 30), a transformative experience for me as a business owner and leader.
Most importantly, I’m a mom of two kiddos and an active volunteer within my community. I volunteer for my church’s social justice committee — spearheading an annual fair trade sale to promote mutually beneficial relationships between farmers and consumers and contribute to a more equitable, sustainable world — and participate in our elementary school’s PTO. I chair the kindergarten through fifth grade Art Show each Spring where we display more than 1,200 pieces of student artwork — my absolute favorite! I have a soft spot for rescue dogs (that’s Wrangler peeping out!), am infatuated with the annual transformation of monarch caterpillars into butterflies and I’ve been really leaning into my role as a sports mom.
My favorite types of projects include:
Copywriting and journalistic-style storytelling
Industry-specific content development
Problem-solving and technical software set-up
Brand development and strategy

Hi, I’m Bob Sanchuk.
[Creative Director]
I’m a seasoned (my way of not saying old) graphic designer, photographer and illustrator. I have honed my skills through more than two decades of experience working at The Times-Tribune, The University of Scranton and The Wright Center for Community Health and Graduate Medical Education. I came on board as Creative Director with Jenny at the tail-end of 2022.
I try to combine my background of many different art forms with my joy of working with subjects in their element to create something unique. My ability to capture the essence of a moment or person — and create vibrant, eye-catching visual stories — has resulted in multiple awards and recognitions, but most importantly has led to new connections and lasting friendships in the community.
I continue to challenge myself by learning new techniques and pushing my creative boundaries with each photography, videography, design, illustration and branding project I dig into. I am a Scranton native and proud dad (and chauffeur) of two.

My favorite types of projects include:
Slice-of-life and journalistic-style photography
Storytelling and human-focused videos
Custom illustration and logo design
Annual reports and long-form publication graphic design
